Below is a explanation of our Difficulty Levels. The first number in parentheses represents the level of physical demand, the second number represents the technical level.

Difficulty: Low ( 1 / 1 ) Physical Level 1: Walk on flat terrain with little slope. Minimal effort. Suitable for people with little or no experience. Technical Level 1: No technical skills required. Acessible to children. |

Difficulty: Low ( 2 / 2 ) Physical Level 2: Rough terrain typical of natural outdoor spaces, with some slopes involved. Experience in walking is advisable. Technical Level 2: Some balance required. Accessible to children. |

Difficulty: Medium ( 3 / 3 ) Physical Level 3: Difficult terrain in at least part of the route, with steep slopes. Suitable for a normal physical condition. Technical Level 3: Use of hands for balance in some sections of the route. Accessible to children, under special supervision. |

Difficulty: High ( 4 / 4 ) Physical Level 4: Hard terrain, difficult progression. Considerable effort. Psychological factor of exposure to the void. Requires a good physical condition. Technical Level 4: Involves progression on rock, snow or ice surface, on a slope exceeding 45º. Possible use of fixed ropes. Not accessible to children. |

Technical Level 5: Involves progression on rock, snow or ice surface, on a vertical plane or on a slope exceeding 75º. Use of PPE. Not accessible to children. |
